If you have not been receiving e-mail updates from Play Away, you will need to unblock the playaway.com domain from your spam filters.

If you are using Outlook go to Tools ---> Options ---> Email ---> Junk E-mail ---> Safe Senders and add playaway.com to the list.

If you are using Hotmail, Gmail or other online e-mail services go to Options --> Junk E-mail or Spam Settings --> Safe Senders or Allowed Senders and add the playaway.com domain to your safe list.

If you have installed packaged anti-virus, personal firewall with spam block software go into the settings for inbound e-mail and go to options or advanced settings and add the playaway.com domain to the safe senders, white list, or allowed senders section.
