Your staff, Michelle and Lana, were fabulous with the children. Our parties are a better value because you get to spend the ENTIRE time playing and are not moved into a "Party room" for 30 to 45 minutes just to eat cake. We also provide structured activities for the entire length of the party. Everything is included so you dont have to go out and spend additional money on all the extras. Each PlayAway party is jam packed with fun and excitement for all. Children will swing indoors, jump on our moon bounce, fly on our zip-cord, dance in delight and have the time of their life! We offer two highly trained party professionals who are enthusiastic and energetic. Let our party pros lead the children through a wide array of creative activities and games as well as take care of all the details from set up to clean up. We do all the work so you can enjoy your child’s special day!

"... I thought we were saving money, but boy was I wrong! We wound up spending about $135 dollars more than what our party cost us at Playaway last year. After  about an hour of play time we went to into another room to eat cake. All the kids wanted to go back into the gym and play after cake was finished, but they were not allowed. I guess things arent always as they seem. It pays to be informed and ask questions about what is "Really" included in the cost." Linda C. Mom to Julianna

Party Policies
  • A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to hold your party date. You may pay via phone with a credit card or pay in person. We accept all major credit cards, cash,  and money orders. (Sorry we do not accept personal checks)
  • You may arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to start of your child's party. Guests should be told to arrive no more than 5 minutes prior.  Minimal time is left between classes and parties. We will be busy getting ready and setting up for your party. We want everything to be neat, tidy and ready for your party guests. We want everything to be perfect for your big day!  We will not allow entrance into facility until set up is complete
  • Remember to bring extra plates, forks, cups for adults. Cake knife, cake server, lighter. Or we can provide these items for you for an additional cost - just ask.
  • Please call us no less than 2 days in advance with the number of children and the ages of the children attending, so that we can plan the appropriate activities for the party and finalize the details.
  • Children 3 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Remember every child that plays in our facility counts. (Participating in planned activities or not) Please ask parents not to bring siblings, they will want to play, and therefore will be counted as a party guest.
  • We also recommend that the birthday presents be opened at home. Leaving more time for Play Away fun .
  • Equipment use is for children only. Adult use can cause injury or damage.
  • No outside food or drink allowed on Play area/gym floor.
  • No face painting/ hair glitter or hair paint allowed.
  • Sorry, All deposits are non-refundable. Credits will not be issued.
  • No outside entertainers allowed.  (unless approved by PlayAway owner)
  • If you need to switch party dates/times, you will be required to put down another non-refundable deposit. We will make your original date available to the general public and only if the canceled date re-books, your original deposit will then be credited to your Play Away account as a Credit ONLY and will be available to you immediately. Credits are good for up to a 6 months from time issued.

    Credits may also be used for classes, camps, parents night out and open play times.
